General Information

Participants
To present scientific researches are allowed:
- all medical students (Faculty of Medicine, Pharmacy, Stomatology and Health Sciences),
- young doctores (up to one year after graduation).

Form of Presentation

Experimental, statistic and clinical studies may be presented orally or on posters

Oral Presentation.

  • 1. Presentations should be prepared in Power Point.
  • 2. Technical Data: other mediums (e.g. slide-projector) will be available on special request. Please contact the the Conference Organizing Committee before the Conference.
  • 3. Presentations should be delivered on CD-R (no floppy, pen-drive, flashcard or laptop) labeld with surname, title and session.
  • 4. CD-R should be delivered to the Session Co-ordinator at least 30 minutes before the session. Otherwise failing to do so, the presentation will not be presented and the Organizers than have full right to exclude the paper and presentation from the competition. 
  • 5. Oral reports should not exceed 7 minutes and discussions cannot take longer than 5 minutes.
  • 6. All of Authors of the Paper are allowed to particiapte in discussion.
  • 7. All animations and music is attached by the Authors as their own responsibility.
  • 8. The person who conducts a session has a right to interrupt any report or discussion after a lapse of time given.

Poster Presentation.

  • 1. The maximum poster dimensions are (90X120)
  • 2. Posters should be placed in the morning of the session day, at least 30 minutes before the session.
  • 3. Presentations of posters take place after the oral part of the session.
  • 4. Poster presentations should not exceed 5 minutes  and discussions cannot take longer than 5 minutes.
  • 5. All of Authors of the Paper are allowed to particiapte in discussion.
  • 6. The person who conducts a session has a right to interrupt any report or discussion after a lapse of time given.

Dedlines
Abstract Submission Deadline
up to 23th April 2010.

Registrations and abstracts handed over after abstract submission deadline will not be accepted.

Confirmation of Acceptance Deadline/ Official Invitation

Confirmation of paper qualification for the Conference and invitation will be send on given email aderss up to (2 weeks after reciving application).

Official Conference Languages
Individual Sessions will be held in: Polish and English. Sessions will be held simultaneously in both languages.


Conference Registration Fee
The Conference Fee is equal for all participants and amounts
70 PLN (~ 24 EUR), per person (not per submission), into 7th May 2010

Note: one work - one payment

With the Conference Fee the Organizing Committee ensures each conference participant entrance to senior lectures, conference sessions (signified by a certificate of attendance), set of conference materials, coffe break during the session, opening ceremony, final banquet and social party (get-together meeting).

Payment is requested in polish zloty (PLN), after acceptance of submission(s) qualification for the Conference.

Abstracts of participants who refrain from paying the fee after confirmation of acceptance will not be publisched in Abstract Book.

Accomodation
Organizing Committee provides a limited number of accommodation places in dormitory (aprox. 7 Euro per night). For reservation contact by e-mail stn.umwb@gmail.com or conference.umb@gmail.com

Form of Payment
Conference Registration Fee can be discharged  by money transfer to a bank account.
